The trustees have been appointed through Resolution reached by the Trustees\Members of Naqilaiso Sand & Gravel Private Limited in their Special General Meeting held on the 21st day of June , 2023 and are entrusted to handle all the affairs and dealings (social, economic and human) of the Trust and consented in good faith to perform their duties according to this Deed and in the Trustees Act Of Fiji and in the direction of the two Directors.
